I think the video is real good. I was self explanatory and people should better start following health ways to loose diet other than fastening or following some cheap looking weight loss systems.
Eating health since birth is best to avoid instances leading to early deaths. People are following, even after getting graduate, the diets which they were following during their teen age.

Exercise plays a very important role in leading a healthy life. Yeah I have the same idea as you have I don’t feel like going to gym for building up my muscles but what I did was just maintain my diet and did a regular exercise everyday but for a short interval of time. The details above are probably accurate. However I’ve found in the long run you need to find a diet and lifestyle that suits you. For me it’s the only diet that works is the low carb. I’ve tried all the rest. If you want to lose weight you need to find one that suits you. I like eating so low carb is best for me so steak and salad here I come especially in the summer
