I am not one for the gyms and building bulky muscles, but I love to exercise. If you want to tone your hips and thighs, build lean and tight muscles and feel good here are couple of exercises that have worked for me,are easy to do and work the areas of your body which easily can becomea problem when you get over 40. That’s great Rye. Yes they are a set of exercises, there are various levels of them depending how fit one is. I am doing one which is an hour long program for abs, back, hips and thighs and I normally split half an hour one day and second half the next day. Very effective program.
i used to do pilates for my abdomen, never thought it would be a set of exercises..

Hello Michael, I only do 20 min or max 30 min daily and I vary the exercise I do every other day. You are correct the important thing is to do it regularly even if it is just a good half an hour walk a day
