I am not one for the gyms and building bulky muscles, but I love to exercise. If you want to tone your hips and thighs, build lean and tight muscles and feel good here are couple of exercises that have worked for me,are easy to do and work the areas of your body which easily can becomea problem when you get over 40. Try them out and see how you feel!

I think any exercise is good exercise. Get up and move around instead of sitting all day!

Hello Michael, I only do 20 min or max 30 min daily and I vary the exercise I do every other day. You are correct the important thing is to do it regularly even if it is just a good half an hour walk a day

i used to do pilates for my abdomen, never thought it would be a set of exercises..

That’s great Rye. Yes they are a set of exercises, there are various levels of them depending how fit one is. I am doing one which is an hour long program for abs, back, hips and thighs and I normally split half an hour one day and second half the next day. Very effective program.

Good content, I have found that lying flat on my back and hands to my side palm down, and doing several types of leg raises does wonders for my torso.

Exercise is always a good idea! It keeps you toned and gives you metabolism a bit of a kick! Just remember, that you can’t spot reduce fat with exercise, but you build muscles! To get rid of the fat layer on top of your muscles, you need create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn).

The details above are probably accurate. However I’ve found in the long run you need to find a diet and lifestyle that suits you. For me it’s the only diet that works is the low carb. I’ve tried all the rest. If you want to lose weight you need to find one that suits you. I like eating so low carb is best for me so steak and salad here I come especially in the summer

That is absolutely good exercise especially for all women. Including some workouts for their abdomens is more compatible too for the more sexy results. You could eager to do exercise daily if you have a care of your body and with your discipline and self-determination. For some women, its really good to have workout even for those simple workout such as walking which is actually gives great benefit of your health.

These blog will really help me out in maintaining my figure. I want to maintain a good body structure but don’t feel like going to gyms as I hardly got time. But these workout videos will help me because before going to office I can tune on these videos and at least try for some few hours. Exercise plays a very important role in leading a healthy life. Yeah I have the same idea as you have I don’t feel like going to gym for building up my muscles but what I did was just maintain my diet and did a regular exercise everyday but for a short interval of time. Everyone love to maintain thighs and hips as they want other to love there body figure. Anyway thanks for the nice blog and I am looking forward to your new idea.
