Ever had a problem after Christmas fitting into your jeans?
I definitely have as I love all great foods that we have for Christmas. So I looked at it and thought why not do something now to loose few kilos and then enjoy all the Christmas foods without having worry about my weight.
I love to exercise and do so every other day. I am not one that likes to lift weights, do push-ups and I do not run unless something big and bad chasing me so I looked for an exercise program that is effective, fun and fast exercising the whole body and gives me a good cardio workout. I found one which I like very much and best of all it gives fast results in toning your body and burning that extra fat. It is a set of 5 videos and here is the first of the series. Comments from those who have been doing this workout:
1. Okay so I had been doing this for a couple weeks maybe 3 but very irregularly not daily and I have dropped a jean size. After seeing that result wow! I want to keep it up.

2. I have to say I have done this workout everyday since last Tuesday and I have lost 2-4 pounds.. in just less than 7 days. And I feel my jeans are a lot looser round the waist and thighs… that was my most problematic area!! But this is great. Oh and I have lost a couple of inches round my hips too..So guys, this truly does work!!! Good luck.
3. If you do this 6 times a week and REALLY do eat right, you should lose about 10 pounds in the first 2 and 1/2 to 4 weeks. And 20 might be a little harder once you’ve lost that initial excess weight, but keep doing it and you’ll lose it no problem.
4. this work out will make you look very beautiful if you stick with it, it really does work

Great tips!
I want to lose as much as I can safely before Christmas too. I am very motivated. I work out every morning on my elliptical for 60-70 minutes…
The challenges help too, but right now things are pretty quiet in the challenge front!

Excellent article and video. I have been promising myself I would fit into my jeans every Christmas and always fail. I think its all about laziness to be honest. But recently I have been exercsing every day and seeing some good results. The main thing is to make sure you exercise everyday, after a few weeks it becomes habit!

What a fun way to work out! The thought of hitting a gym and running on a tread mill with all the ‘fit’ people doesn’t turn me on at all. Your idea of pre-empting the holiday periods really struck a chord. Preparation beats reclamation!

I love tae-bo and Billy Banks makes it so much fun! I have been able to keep really toned up for an old lady, by using his tapes and I’ve been using them for years. When I first bought them i bought them on VHS, they are finally wearing out and I’m going to have to break down and by new DVDs. I incorporate tae-bo with yoga too.
Just like switching calories to keep the body fooled into continually burning calories, it is important to do the same thing with your work out programs. The body is very smart and if you keep doing the same exercise routine the same way, day in and day out, the body figures it out. That is way people reach plateaus when trying to lose weight.
Mix up the routine, instead of tae-bo in the morning, switch to the evening, instead of strength training 3 days a week, skip a week and swim at those times instead. You get the idea.
Anyway, if anyone is sitting on the fence about whether or not they should try Billy Banks Bootcamp, don’t sit on the fence. Get them and then USE them. You’ll be glad you did.

Your body requires a certain amount of calories in order to function properly. If you truly wish to lose weight you must burn off more calories than your body requires.

If you want to reduce your weight, you need to do a lot of exercise to accelerate your metabolism. It’s better if you do cardiovascular exercise, because this kind of exercise helps you burn fat…

It’s in the Christmas season where a lot of delicious food emerge that you couldn’t control to eat a lot and give some weight afterwards. It’s actually true, as much as possible, its really better to loose more pounds now then enjoy eat yummy foods at Christmas day and no to worry then for your weights.

Get ready, loose the weight before Christmas
Loosing weight is what every youngster wants to maintain a good body structure. I want to loose a bit of my weight but most of my friends went for jogging but for me I didn’t get time for that so I need to do push-ups and other than running. I haven try these set of 5 videos but the comments from the people who have been trying these workout is perfect and I really love to try it. I think when I try these I’ll be doing 3 times a week just to drop down my waist. Moreover we should maintain our diet while doing these workouts and I’ll be trying to maintain the comments given by the people who have done these workouts. Hope it produces more about weight reduced in the near future and best of luck.

Great post! I can attest to the brilliance of Billy! Tae Bo is addictive and so much fun. His workouts somehow fly by but they’re really intense and definitely lead to weight loss if you stick with them!

Everyone will be thinking of losing there weight before the Christmas or thanksgiving. Even me I thought of losing my weight before the Christmas so that my jeans will fit me. Moreover if we don’t reduce our weight before Christmas than it will be difficult because when we have lots to eat we cannot control and a party with friends…hope it will work out following the idea given in this blog?

Loosing body weight in just a few days without doing any heavy exercise is not an easy job, but the way you are doing is quiet interesting and I am loving it. Therefore, as Christmas is coming by I hope you can lose a few more extra pounds and have fun a lot.
