My name is Erika Leppä-Koivisto
I am musician, teacher and a consultant, born and raised in Finland.
I am not a health freak, but being able to live healthy and in a natural way is important to me.
In the line of work that I do schedules are often optional (early mornings, late nights, lots of travel) and this puts some additional strain into the body (not being a spring chicken any more, I am 45 years old). I am also a person who likes things simple. So throughout my travels I have looked for things that are easy to get, easy to use, natural and healthy.

You can get from a food shop or from the markets in Ecuador both chia seeds and acai berries as both are products of South America and normally readily available. Goji you might have to order via net as I never looked for that when I was in Ecuador. As to Jojoba oil you can got from my site to amazon and order from there as I do not sell anything directly.
