My name is Erika Leppä-Koivisto
I am musician, teacher and a consultant, born and raised in Finland.
I am not a health freak, but being able to live healthy and in a natural way is important to me.
In the line of work that I do schedules are often optional (early mornings, late nights, lots of travel) and this puts some additional strain into the body (not being a spring chicken any more, I am 45 years old). I am also a person who likes things simple. So throughout my travels I have looked for things that are easy to get, easy to use, natural and healthy.
For sure I have tried a variety of different products in facial care, in hair care, keeping my body fit with different ways to exercise, checking out products to burn calories and decrease body fat. Hello, i guess this is as good of a place as any to post and let you know. I went to subscribe to your RSS feed, and when i clicked it i got an error that said “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING” followed by other gibberish that scrolled off the screen. I had to force the page to stop loading because it locked up my browser. Cheers.
